💜 Gratuity Policy

Automatic 20% Gratuity: A 20% gratuity is automatically applied to all massage services and private yoga sessions. This includes:

  • All massage therapy appointments
  • Private yoga sessions
  • Groupon bookings and vouchers

Couples Massages: For couples massages, the 20% gratuity is calculated per therapist based on the original promotional price.

As a Black, Hispanic, woman, and veteran-owned business operating with limited funding, your gratuity directly supports our practitioners and helps us continue providing accessible wellness care to our community.

📅 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens. However, late cancellations and no-shows impact our small team significantly.

Late Cancellation / No-Show Fee: A 20% gratuity (based on the original price or current promotion price) is required upfront as a security deposit to reschedule your appointment.

To Avoid Fees: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Retreat Payment Plans: For retreats, we offer AfterPay and personalized payment plans to make transformational experiences accessible to all.

🧘 Session Policy

Session Duration: All yoga sessions are 1 hour in length.

Arrival Time: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session. Doors lock 5 minutes after the session begins.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive after the 5-minute grace period, you may not be able to join the session in progress.

🏥 Health & Safety

Health Intake: We collect information about medications, prescriptions, and diagnosed conditions to ensure your safety and customize your experience.

Liability Insurance: We maintain comprehensive liability insurance through BeYogi covering all yoga, meditation, massage, and retreat activities.

First Aid: Our team is CPR certified and we maintain a first aid kit on-site for emergencies.

🌿 Product Policy

Made Fresh: All herbal products are custom-made on demand when ordered to ensure maximum freshness and potency.

Quality Control: We track expiration dates on all herbs and products for your safety.

Returns: Due to the custom nature of our herbal products, we cannot accept returns. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order.

Your privacy is sacred to us. All personal information, health details, and session notes are kept strictly confidential.
