What to Expect at Your First Class

At Sacred Walks By Uni, we offer a welcoming, judgment-free environment where beginners feel right at home. Here's what a typical first class looks like:

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes early — This gives you time to settle in, meet your instructor, and get comfortable in the space.
  • Wear comfortable clothing — Anything you can move freely in works. No special gear needed.
  • Mats and props provided — We have yoga mats, blocks, and stretch bands available for you.
  • Listen to your body — Every pose can be modified. Your instructor will guide you through options.
  • No experience required — Our instructors cue every movement. You'll never be lost.

🕯️ Yin by Candlelight

Perfect for beginners. Slow, deep stretching held for longer periods in a calming candlelit atmosphere. Great for stress relief, flexibility, and deep relaxation.

A more dynamic, energizing practice that links breath with movement. Great for building strength, endurance, and mental focus. Modifications always available.
