- ✨ Mats and props provided — We have yoga mats, blocks, and stretch bands available for you.
- ✨ Listen to your body — Every pose can be modified. Your instructor will guide you through options.
- ✨ No experience required — Our instructors cue every movement. You'll never be lost.
