Each month, participants will engage in:

Nourishing Yoga & Meditation Sessions: Discover the power of breath and gentle movement to calm the mind, release tension, and connect with your inner peace. These sessions are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all levels, promoting emotional regulation and self-awareness.

Inspiring Creative Sessions & Workshops: Dive into the vibrant world of creative and fine arts through engaging workshops. Explore different mediums and techniques, from painting and drawing to crafting and more. 

These sessions provide a safe and encouraging space to express yourself freely, unlock your imagination, and discover hidden talents.

Please note that in addition to the initial registration fee, there is a recurring monthly program cost of $50. This ongoing payment ensures your child's continued participation in our enriching monthly sessions.
