At Sacred Walks by Uni, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness services, events, products, and experiences. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or rescheduling may be granted for services and products purchased through our website, in person, or over the phone.

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to the following categories of offerings:

• Massage therapy, yoga, meditation, and energy healing sessions
• Workshops, classes, and retreats (in-person or virtual)
• Meal prep and catering services (Sacred Eats)
• Herbal products, candles, and other physical goods sold in-store or online

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling – Services

• Individual Sessions:
  Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty or refunded in full.
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or “no-shows” are non-refundable.
• Workshops, Classes, & Events:
  Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund.
  Cancellations made less than 7 days before the company will keep the credit toward future services/events of equal value, valid for 6 months.
• Retreats:
  Deposits are non-refundable.
  Cancellations including a doctor's note highlighting the impossibility of travel, are eligible for a partial refund, depending on the third-party services booked at the time.

3. Catering & Meal Prep Services

• Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled 5 days before the scheduled delivery or event for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total order.
• Once food has been delivered or prepared, all sales are final for health and safety reasons.

4. Physical Products

• We accept returns of unopened, unused physical products within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
• Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used products (including herbal blends, oils, and candles) are non-returnable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Sacred Walks by Uni is not responsible for delays caused by the customer’s bank or payment processor.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions in cases of:

• Documented medical emergencies
• Service disruptions caused by Sacred Walks by Uni
• Weather events or unforeseen circumstances impacting attendance
